Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 5 September 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through femlibre.au and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.

FemLibre Pty Ltd (ABN 19 685 453 927) ("FemLibre", "we", "us" or "our") currently delivers within Australia only.

1. Where we deliver

FemLibre currently ships to addresses within Australia using Australia Post.

We do not currently offer international delivery.

Where supported by Australia Post, we may deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is charged separately from the price of our products.

Our current standard shipping rates are:

  • Extra Small parcels (up to 250g): $9.95

  • Small parcels (up to 500g): $11.95

The applicable shipping charge depends on the size and weight of the products ordered and will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

These rates apply Australia-wide for eligible FemLibre orders.

We may change shipping rates from time to time to reflect changes in carrier charges, packaging, fulfilment costs or our delivery arrangements.

Any changes will apply to future orders. The shipping charge displayed and accepted at checkout applies to that order.

If we introduce products requiring a different parcel size or shipping service, a different shipping rate may apply and will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Dispatch timeframe

For products that are in stock, we generally aim to dispatch orders within 3–4 business days after an order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Victorian public holidays.

Dispatch refers to the time between receiving your order and providing the parcel to Australia Post. It does not include Australia Post's delivery time.

During unusually busy periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will take reasonable steps to keep you informed.

4. Pre-orders

Some products may occasionally be made available for pre-order.

Where a product is sold as a pre-order, this will be identified on the applicable product page together with an estimated dispatch date or timeframe where available.

The pre-order timeframe shown on the product page takes the place of our usual 3–4 business-day dispatch target for that product.

Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to supplier, freight or other circumstances.

If a material delay occurs, we will communicate with affected customers and provide any options or remedies required under applicable Australian law.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available through the Australia Post service used for your order, tracking details will be provided after your parcel has been dispatched.

Tracking may be provided by email, through your FemLibre order information or through functionality provided by Shopify or Australia Post.

Once tracking is available, you can use it to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Delivery timeframes

Australia Post delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier network conditions, peak periods and other factors.

FemLibre does not guarantee a particular Australia Post transit time unless we expressly agree to one for a particular order.

The estimated delivery information available through Australia Post or your tracking information should be used as a guide.

7. Delivery method

Orders are delivered in accordance with the Australia Post service applicable to the parcel.

FemLibre does not currently require a signature on every delivery.

Whether a parcel is left at an address, taken to a collection point or otherwise handled will depend on the applicable Australia Post service, delivery circumstances and Australia Post's procedures.

8. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact hello@femlibre.au as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update your address if your order has not entered fulfilment or been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has commenced.

If a parcel is returned to FemLibre because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require payment of the reasonable cost of re-delivery before sending the parcel again.

You will not be responsible for additional delivery costs caused by an addressing or fulfilment error made by FemLibre.

9. Unclaimed and returned parcels

If Australia Post returns a parcel to us because it was not collected, could not be delivered due to circumstances relating to the delivery details provided, or was otherwise unclaimed, please contact us to arrange the next steps.

We may require payment of the reasonable cost of re-delivery where the return was not caused by FemLibre or a failure for which FemLibre is legally responsible.

10. Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel is materially overdue, has stopped progressing for an unusual period or may have been lost, contact us at hello@femlibre.au.

FemLibre will work with you and, where appropriate, investigate the delivery with Australia Post.

Where FemLibre has an obligation to provide a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law, we will deal with the matter directly with you rather than requiring you to pursue Australia Post yourself.

11. Parcels damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@femlibre.au as soon as reasonably practicable.

Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs of the parcel, products and packaging to help us assess what occurred and make any necessary claim or investigation with Australia Post.

Your rights in relation to damaged or faulty goods are explained further in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

12. Events outside our reasonable control

Delivery may occasionally be affected by events outside FemLibre's reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, postal disruption, transport disruption, major technology failures or other significant events.

Where this occurs, we will take reasonable steps to manage affected orders and communicate with customers where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
